5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.

Clients agree to provide accurate information regarding their property and grant TOTAL HOUSE LLC safe and reasonable access to complete the work.

Clients are responsible for securing permits, HOA approvals, or any third-party permissions unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Warranties & Liability

We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty details may vary by service and will be outlined in your specific contract.

TOTAL HOUSE LLC is not liable for:

Delays due to unforeseen events (weather, supply issues, etc.)

Damages caused by misuse or third-party interference after service completion

Hidden structural issues not visible during inspection
